4- In pairs side by side with the same forehead at a distance of cca. 3 m.; perform high, medium and low lateral passes by executing one, two or three steps and returning to the starting point after the execution of the pass. (Fig.7)


5- As in n. 4, but always advancing after each pass. (Fig.

6- In pairs on the side with the opposite forehead, perform high, medium and low side passes; hand passes; back passes low and over the shoulder, with one two or three steps. After a certain number of passes, change sides. (Fig.9)


7- In pairs, one side by side and the other facing each other; perform front and side passes. After a certain number of passes, switch positions. (Fig, 10)



8- As in n. 7, but moving and trying to keep the same distance. (Fig.11)


9-In pairs with opposite faces, but not side by side; perform diagonal steps with one, two or three steps. (Fig.12)


10- As in n. 9, but in motion and always trying to keep the same distance. (Fig.13)

exercises in triads

1) Triple parallel to the same front, perform lateral passes with one, two, or three steps to return to the starting position. (Fig. 14)


2) As in n. 1, but advancing after each pass. (Fig.15)

3) Triple in line, two with the same front and one with the opposite front. Perform lateral, underhand and back passes. After a certain number of passes, switch positions. (Fig.16)


4) As in n. 3, but with the center player facing away from the others. (Fig.17)

5) Triple in line, two on the side, with the opposite front and one facing. Perform all possible pass types. (Fig. 18).


6) As in n. 5, but with the center player facing alternately towards one or the other player. (Fig. 19).

7) Triple with two players in line and one facing approx. 4 m. of distance. Perform front passes by taking the place of the player to whom the ball is being passed. (Fig.20)


8) As in n. 7, but with the players arranged two in a row and one outside the row with the same forehead. (Fig.21)


9) Triple in line, two players with the same forehead and one in the center who performs the function of defender. The two full backs execute front passes in elevation and the player in the center tries to intercept. After the pass you change your place with the player in the centre. (Fig.22)


10) As in n. 9, but with the outside players arranged with the same forehead and who, therefore, perform lateral passes, in elevation and, if necessary, indirect passes. (Fig, 24)


By means of the previous provisions it will be All types of passes can be performed.
