Description of the exercise
The 2 defenders must try to push the 4 attackers as much as possible or capture the ball. It requires cooperation and that the defenders
acting in relation to each other. The attackers must try to score, and must not dribble. The ball starts from the right back.
Purpose:
The aim is for the defenders to try to take the initiative despite the minority, so they cut off the ball field and allow the attackers the most difficult
assignments.
How:
It is important that the defenders think offensively and come forward in the field.
Success:
The attackers have a great advantage of the advantage, so the success criteria are e.g. to force the attackers to a playmaker-wing pass, to make one
stopping play or capturing the ball.
Variation:
You can work with a line player instead of a winger. You can also work with 2 against 3 or 3 against 4 to make it easier for
the defenders.
