Description of the exercise

Two against two are played on a badminton court. Players must not dribble. Points are scored by placing the ball in the back of the badminton court "ditch".

:  Purpose

The attacking players train lots of feint / breakthrough games, running without a ball and  assessment games

The defense team trains detection of the attackers, cooperation, ball catches, tackles and placement ability.

Success:

Lots of tricks / breakthroughs - good coverage and high tempo.

Many short but intense and equal fights.

Variation:

  • Put one or two extra players off the field who can be used as gang players.
  • Play on time (eg 2 min) and change lanes, so you always meet other teams from other badminton courts - preferably with the promotion and relegation principle from Liga court to series 3 court.
  • Cover man-to-man to increase intensity.
  • Prohibit players from making balloon balls, which smoke in a soft arc over the opponent.

The exercise requires

Jobs:

One ball per. Lane. Badminton courts or cones to mark the court.
