Half-Back Cross to switch to the opposite pivot

The objective is to make the game work at 3 by a cross at 2 between the half-center and the back to finish on a pass to the pivot in the opposite direction.

 SETTING UP

  :  We position

  • 1 goalkeeper in his goal
  • groups of 3 attackers made up of a center half with a ball and a back and a pivot positioned opposite the back

 INSTRUCTIONS

The center half commits by dribbling towards the goal to cross with the left back (1)

The left-back then engages towards the central sector to cross with the half-center with the intention of going to shoot (2)

He then receives the pass from the center half (3)

 INSTRUCTIONS

When the left back has received the pass from the half-center, the pivot engages towards him (4) and then receives the pass (5) to go shoot (6)

Once their action has been taken, the players return to the column where they arrive at the end of their movement (7)

 REGULATION

  • Change the sides of the shots: start from 1/2 center to the right or left
  • Have your pivots catch the ball with one hand and shoot with one hand
  • Possibly position a defender who will generate the pivot
